Do we have to meet you prior to booking?

"In an ideal world then yes, however, as many clients live outside Kent this isn't always convenient. A PDF booking form can always be sent via email. All wedding bookings include a pre wedding meeting at your venue, so we'll definitely meet up at some point before the wedding."

Are you a full or part-time wedding photographer and do you employ other Kent wedding photographers?

"I am a full-time professional wedding photographer and would never ask anyone else to cover your wedding. It really does annoy me when I here of other photographers using part-timers when a couple obviously thought they were booking the real deal... It doesn't matter how good their albums are if the photos are well below a professionals standard."

How do you supply the images?

"My couples usually receive all their images on either disc or usb format. I have recently acquired some beautiful wooden love boxes which are particularly nice. All your files will be at the highest quality and full resolution, jpeg format. You also receive full copyright permission allowing you to print, copy and distribute your images to family and friends, totally without restriction."

If an annoying spot appears just before the wedding day can you remove it from the all the photos?

"Yes, and normally without charge. Spots and facial blemishes are relatively easy to remove these days using the latest image enhancement software. I sometimes get asked to remove larger objects like stains or even people, this is usually possible but may have to be charged for."

What will you wear to my wedding?

"I always wear a suit with collar and tie. I like to look smart and professional."

Should we provide you with a meal?

"It's not in my contract however, if I you're having 7 hours or more coverage then I would appreciate a meal please. This doesn't have to be on a table with your guests, but somewhere nearby just in case there's something happening I need to photograph!"

Do you have back up equipment?

"Yes, I will have at least one an additional camera body, lenses, flash equipment, spare batteries and memory cards."

What if you are sick on the day?

"I have photographed hundreds of weddings over the last 15 years or so and never been unable to attend. I guess one day something will happen, but as long as I'm alive I would always arrange another photographer to cover your wedding or offer a full refund if you preferred. For peace of mind I have both Personal Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance."

Which type of wedding albums do you supply?

"Mostly Coffee Table Books with pages that look and feel like a real book. There are also some nice contemporary albums available from my suppliers, the choice is yours. There are smaller replica versions, idea for parents and guests also available at very reasonable prices."

How long before we receive the pictures after the wedding?

"If you're having an online gallery, this is usually up and running within 2 weeks. Your disc(s) will be ready shortly after that... this can be collected or posted at no extra charge."
